Our transparent scoring system goes beyond pedigree to assess capital readiness, support systems, regional context, and emotional intelligence — factors traditional funding ignores.
It's 100% transparent. The application isn't just how we evaluate you; it's how you see exactly where you stand and where you can grow.

As a talent, this is where your ambitions get funded.
Now, if you want to be a part of our first talent cohort, fill out your funding profile — how you think, what you've done, and what you need — so we can better understand what you're building toward.
Applying as a talent takes two steps: joining our community (done) and completing your funding profile. Your application is only considered once both steps are complete.

Who it's for
Operators and investors with proven experience in Sports, Arts, or STEM.
Bring at least one of the following:
- Deep domain expertise
- Have scaled a company to $500k+ revenue
- Have investing experience, or have 5+ years of leadership in your field.
Your Impact
Your experience turns founder uncertainty into informed action. Mentor founders, strengthen our curriculum, or share your expertise with the wider community.
Commitment
- 10 months
- ~1 hour/month for 1:1 mentorship
- or ~1 masterclass every 2 months

What happens after you apply
Talent
Your application goes through our AI screening system, followed by review from our advisors and governance team. We'll be in touch with your decision before the February 2027 cohort.

You're still part of the Herizon community, with access to events, challenges, and opportunities — and an invitation to reapply next year as you grow.
Mentors
Our team reviews your experience and fit for the program, then we'll be in touch with next steps.

Is there a cost to apply?
No — applying is free.
Do I need every mentor qualification?
No — one qualification is enough.
Can I apply to more than one path?
No — we invite you to choose the path that fits you best.
If I'm not selected as Talent, can I apply again?
Absolutely. We'll invite you to reapply next year — we're always looking for growth and right timing.
How is my data handled?
