The funding model
How funding works
$25,000 to $125,000, released in milestone-based tranches.
Cohort Admission
Accepted founders enter a 12–18 month accelerator experience.
Capital Deployment
Funding is released through milestone-based tranches.
Repayment
Revenue-based repayment structures recycle capital.
Alumni Ecosystem
Graduates become future mentors, investors, advocates, and ecosystem contributors.
Alumni feed the next cohort; capital and knowledge compound with every cycle.
After a 6-month grace period, repayment begins through revenue-based financing: a share of monthly revenue, capped at 1.25×, over up to 60 months. No equity, ownership stake, or scaling fees. If you hit a rough patch, hardship and forbearance options are available, with forgiveness possible in unresolved cases.

The first funding cohort
- Herizon's first cohort runs February 2027 to November 2027.
